Boo Hock Khoo
Co-founder and Chair
Boo Hock chairs the Board of the Development Guarantee Group (DGG), a company he co-founded to concentrate expertise in deploying guarantees for greater development impact.
He also chairs the Board of InfraZamin Pakistan and is a Non-Executive Independent Director of InfraCredit Nigeria. He has significant experience in finance, including infrastructure, corporate and bond ratings. Boo Hock has been involved in multiple project finance consultancies in developing countries and engaged in venture capital and private equity transactions.
He served as the first Vice President – Operations at the Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility, a Trust Fund of the Asian Development Bank, and was previously Deputy Chief Executive of Danajamin Nasional Berhad, a government-owned bond insurer he helped conceptualise.
Boo Hock holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mount Union College and an MBA from Ohio University.
