Mike Muldoon

Mike Muldoon serves as the Chief of Staff and Counsellor at The Rockefeller Foundation. In his capacity as a member of the Foundation’s executive team he helps shape and implement overall strategy, driving impact for vulnerable people around the world. Mike has spent the bulk of his career in the development finance sector – developing and scaling finance solutions and policies. At the Foundation, he previously served as the Managing Director of Innovative Finance.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Mike was a Director at Latitude Capital where he supported all elements of the firm’s business, from investment execution to investor relations. Prior to Latitude, Mike was a Senior Investment Officer at the USAID loan guarantee programme, the Development Credit Authority, where he was responsible for developing loan guarantees to facilitate lending for local businesses and infrastructure, primarily in Africa.

Mike began his career in consulting in Washington, DC where he also received a degree from The George Washington University in International Affairs.
